Vale Hermione Davies aka Minnie (2021 - 2023)

Our beautiful baby was hit by a car and killed at our back gate, this morning.  Our next door neighbour’s cat chased her out of our house after having kicked up a huge kerfuffle in our living room.

Minnie was a stray born on the streets of Mt Isa in North-West QLD. We adopted her when she was about 4 months old.

It was vaccination week for Zoë & Hermione. After the screaming raucous Hermione made getting into the transportation box, it took three separate appointments and considerable bloodshed on my part to catch Zoë for her jab.

Thank goodness vaccinations only happen once a year! 

P.S. The cat from next door must have felt the dramatic vibes because he has been nowhere in sight all week.

This little pet pie (Hermione) is starting to answer to her name.

Considering that she’s 21 months old & exhibited all the signs, we all thought she was stone-deaf.
